Hypnosis
Hypnosis is a technology (application of scientific knowledge for practical purposes) designed to create a state of total relaxation to access the subconscious mind and obtain information to override your current programming.
Hypnosis uses guided techniques to help the mind enter a relaxed, theta brainwave state—the same natural brainwave pattern that appears as you’re drifting into sleep or waking up. In this state, you can feel as if you’re in a dreamlike experience, aware of inner imagery or sensations while still knowing you’re physically present in the room.
